Terri Park-Van Waes

Treatment Coordinator

Terri grew up on Lake Travis in the Lago Vista area attending Leander High School Austin Community College, and Austin Peay University in Tennessee.  

Terri has been employed in the dental field for over 20 years and continues to enjoy and appreciate getting to interact with patients on a personal level. She sincerely loves dentistry and the incredible ability dentistry has of changing a person’s life.

Terri has lived in the Leander/Cedar Park area for the past 25 years and is happily married to Bruce, who is a Building Contractor. She has two sons and 1 grandson. They spend most of their free time boating and entertaining family and friends.

Johnna McQuillan

Business/Financial Coordinator

Johnna grew up in Graham, Texas just miles away from Possum Kingdom Lake before moving to the Austin area in 1983. Johnna graduated from Pflugerville High School in 1991 and went on to study International Business and Accounting at the University of North Texas in Denton. She has been in the healthcare industry for over 8 years working with patients, insurance and third party finance companies to help the patients accomplish their hopes and dreams.

Johnna lives in Cedar Park with her husband of 17 years, Nathan and their two daughters, Katy and Jessi. They are actively involved in their children’s schools, their church and children’s youth group. Katy plays golf for Leander High School and Jessi is actively involved in dance, studying ballet and jazz.

 

Julie Payne

Dental Hygienist, B.S.R.D.H.

Julie grew up in Bridgeport, Texas just outside of Ft. Worth. She graduated from Midwestern State University in Wichita Falls, Texas with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. Julie has been practicing dental hygiene for the past 15 years. She feels truly blessed to have this career because she loves getting to know her patients and giving them the utmost in dental care with an emphasis in nutritional education. She loves being a part of this wonderful practice.

Julie is married to her long time friend, Darrin, whom she went to school with from Kindergarten through 12th grade. She has an 8 yr. old son named Gavin and is expecting a baby boy in December, 2010. She is very close to her family and friends. Julie has a Yorkie named Reid. Julie spends her free time with church activities, gardening, decorating, cooking, sewing and exercising.

 

Christie Matthews

Registered Dental Assistant

Christie spent most of her childhood growing up in Oklahoma. She graduated from Wanette High School and then attended The University of Oklahoma Dental School where she received a Registered Dental Assistant Degree in 1988. After working as a Dental Assistant in Oklahoma for several years, she moved to Texas in 1993 and continued her dental career.

She attributes her success to her desire to make patients feel comfortable and let them know they are in the best hands possible. She truly enjoys interacting with her patients and has a wonderful “chair side” manner.

Christie has a son in Oklahoma and two daughters in the Austin area. She currently resides in the Lake Travis area with her husband, Barry. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends on the lake, gardening, baking and spoiling her Yorkies and Toy Aussies.
